new iRAM disks
Gigabyte technologies makes GC-RAMDISK, which is based on DRAM. It works as fast as ram, and is cheap alternative to Soliddata solid state disks. Great for designers who work with heavily programs like Adobe Photoshop, Corel, Premiere etc. Like solidstate has backup batery, expands to 4GB. Good for system partition and boot-up.
